4.4 cl Cinzano 1757 Dry
1.5 cl Tequila Espolón Blanco
1.5 cl lemon juice
1 bar spoon apple marmalade, sugar and cinnamon (or apple cinnamon simple syrup)
1 slice of chilli pepper
Combine all of the ingredients and shake. Then strain twice into a chilled cocktail glass and decorate with a slice of pepper or an apple chip. By Jon Gasparini
