Ingredients
2 oz / 6 cl Fino Sherry
2 oz / 6 cl Cinzano Rosso
2 dashes of orange bitters
Garnish: Orange zest
Glass: Cocktail Coupe
Preparation
Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Garnish with orange zest. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe.
