Ingredients
Equal parts of Cinzano Sparkling Wine (Prosecco D.O.C. or To-Spritz) & Aperol
A splash of soda
Garnish: Slice of orange
Glass: Wine glass
Preparation
In a glass full of ice. Combine Cinzano Prosecco D.O.C. or To-Spritz followed by Aperol in equal parts. Add a splash of soda. Garnish with an orange slice. Aperol Spritz is one of the most widely consumed cocktails in Italy. Light, sparkling and refreshing, it’s the quintessential social signature drink. Aperol Spritz is now a cult drink even outside of Italy, and is also becoming a true global phenomenon.
